Invicta teams up with Tokidoki

TOKIDOKI PLAYS FUN WITH INVICTAItalian backpack brand Invicta has collaborated with Tokidoki, the fancy manga-inspired brand, on an exclusive range of items. Offered mostly in Italian top-end stationery and sportswear stores, the pieces include Invicta’s Minisac, the popular, horizontally-striped backpack, and the Jolly, a sturdy, resistant backpack, each decorated with the brand’s colorful graphics. Also available are a shoulder strap and a wallet.
Originating in 2003 from an idea by the Italian graphic designer Simone Legno, the Tokidoki brand name means “sometimes” in Japanese. Today, Tokidoki is an Italian-US brand owned by Tokidoki LLC and focuses on various licensing agreements with Fornarina, Le Sportsac, Mercedes Benz, New Era via Fujitsu, Marvel, Skullcandy, Onitzuka, Hello Kitty and K by Karl Lagerfeld.
Invicta is the historical Italian outdoor gear manufacturer founded in 1906 whose name means “invincible” in Latin. It later became most popular for its resistant, functional backpacks and sportswear apparel line. Today the brand is owned by Seven, another Italian backpack specialist.
