LEVI’S PRESENTS URBAN BIKE-WEAR COLLECTION

Iconic denim maker Levi’s has announced the launch of a functional jeans line. After a successful start to the Levi’s Commuter collection in the US, the spring/summer 2012 collection will also be available in Europe. The line offers denim and non-denim materials for urban bicyclists that meets needs in form and function. Levi’s Commuter bottom’s prices start at a retail price of €110 while tops begin at €90.

Innovative fabrics and treatments such as NanoSphere provide for garments that are waterproof, grime resistant and durable. A function named Sanitized offers odor formation protection and freshness. Last but not least, the 3M Scotchlite reflective tape integrates the reflection capacity of 500 candelas at key locations, ensuring maximum visibility and safety for the biker.
