LACOSTE LAUNCHES NEW PHASE TO TRIBUTE COLLECTION

French brand Lacoste first introduced its Tribute Collection in fall/winter 2011 to celebrate the career of legendary tennis champion René Lacoste. The brand has now announced the next phase of Tribute footwear with a new collection for summer 2012. The tongue on each shoe features seven stars in reference to René’s grand slam victories with the specific year embroidered on the underside. The collection comes in four styles – vintage-inspired Bryont Mid, Bryont Low and runner Castera and finally as well as a classic low-top called Suzuka.
