INSIGHTS & PERSPECTIVES OF MARC JACOBS
On May 3, Marc Jacobs inaugurated the photo exhibition “Designer for Tomorrow - Insights & Perspectives“ in the Fashionation Department at the P&C Weltstadthaus Berlin.Over 300 guests such as the celebrities Ursula Karven, Franz Dinda, Kostja Ullmann, Ralph Herforth and Nora Tschirner attended the opening celebration. The exhibition shows the works of photographer Claudius Holzmann who accompanied Marc Jacobs, the patron of the “Designer for Tomorrow by Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf“ award, for more than a year.
Kerstin Pooth, Head of PR & Event Marketing at P&C and Marc Jacobs welcomed the invitees: “The pictures don’t only tell the story of the five young talents that were in the award finals last year but also portray Marc Jacobs as an approachable and authentic designer.“ Marc Jacobs commented his patron role: “It is great to swap ideas with young creatives. The pictures clearly show how much excitement and joy it was to working all together.“
