Guess Supports Save The ChildrenWithin its F/W 2013/2014 collection Guess have organized a gala evening dedicated to art and charity. The event hosted a gallery of iconic prints created by the Guess internal design teams in Los Angeles and Europe. Each print was customized by internationally renowned artists Orticanoodles duo, Koes and Diego Knore. These unique works of art were available for guests to buy throughout the evening as part of a charity operation. The initiative met great success since the entire gallery of over 40 works was sold. All funds raised will be donated to the international charity Save the Children.
The party was held for the first time in Milan, in the Superstudiowhite industrial setting of Superstudio Più on December 18th 2012. The Guess Jeans and the Guess by Marciano F/W 13 collections were showcased in the presence of buyers, clients and a select press.
The Guess Fall/Winter 2013 woman's collection combines hard and soft materials, sophisticated and everyday pieces and voluminous and slim fits enriched by strong vintage washes in the denim range. The men’s collection combines pure denim and biker inspiration with tailored style, coated surfaces and metal studs.
The F/W13 Guess by Marciano woman's collection focuses on intense colours, fabrics and material contrast with metals, printed leather, feminine lace and silk. Silhouettes are slim, with clean and sharp cuts are enriched with ruches and jewellery belts that seductively highlight the waist. The menswear collection combines classic inspiration with modern details and attention to the latest trends.
