COOL CATS PARTNERS WITH LACOSTE L!VEFor fall/winter 2011, Parisian fashion label Cool Cats has teamed up with Lacoste L!ve to design an exclusive nine-piece capsule collection. The line consists of three polos, two t-shirts, a college jacket, a cardigan, a jumper, a duffle bag and a pair of sneakers. Starting this month, the outcome of the collaboration is going to be available in all Lacoste L!ve stores, at exclusive retailers worldwide and on the Cool Cats website.
Pedro Winter, co-founder of Cool Cats and better known as DJ Busy-P of Ed Banger Records, seems very happy with the label’s new teamwork partner: “We are french, so Lacoste means a lot to us. And especially with its new L!ve collection, Lacoste fits to our lifestyle very well.”
Cool Cats is was founded in Paris in 2002 by the three friends Pedro Winter, So-Me and Michael Dupouy, all having their backgrounds in music, art and film. In their collection for Lacoste L!ve, the Cool Cats crew has experimented with their own logo, the kitty, and Lacoste’s famous crocodile, leading to humorous designs.
