BLUEZONE TO DELIVER EVERYTHING BUT THE NORM

Everything but the norm. That is the message of the next Bluezone edition by Munichfabricstart. From Feb. 2-4, the denim fair will once again be the destination for the international jeans and sportswear set. Section 5 on the Munich M.O.C. fair ground will play host to new collections for summer 2011 and offer visitors information on the latest trends and order facilities. One important trend next season: Beach Boys, with looks from surf culture from the 60s through 80s. The show will also hold several lectures by the fashion and textile specialist WGSN, as the central trend area continues to illustrate the latest industry developments — namely original denim effects including destroyed effects, new vintage looks, coloring, bleaching and washes that continue to bring forward a new generation of textiles. In all, 58 exhibitors will be on site this season, including seven newcomers and leading brands such as Orta Anadolu, Royo, Hellenic Fabrics, Martelli and Bossa Denim & Sports.
