Timberland announces personnel management changes
Marco Messini has been appointed the new Vice President Partnership Stores for the EMEA region at Timberland. Reporting to Timo Schmidt-Eisenhart, president of the EMEA region, Messini will work towards the expansion of the franchise and partnership store network of Timberland to achieve the company’s growth plans. Prior to this role, he was vice president of Timberland’s wholesale business since 2004. Until a successor is appointed, Marco Messini will continue to be responsible for the wholesale segment.
In addition to Messini’s designation, Timberland has named Isabel Soriano Corral as Vice President and General Manager for Brand Development of the VF Company (holding company of the Timberland brand) in Central and South America. She will manage the development and implementation of long-term strategies to expand in this region.
The VF Corporation owns international brands such as Timberland, Vans, Kipling and 7 For All Mankind.
