What are the current bestsellers and why?
Elisabetta Franchi because this brand always offers strong products which are never vulgar, but are always tough, smart and feminine. Manila Grace is a collection that has character and quality. Seventy offers simple, though sophisticated, products that are all made in Italy. Armani always distinguishes itself for its never out of style class and elegance.
Do people buy according to their favourite brand, style, or impulse?
Our clients are always looking for their own style and our sales people help them find it. The fashion world is guided by emotions. For this reason, every apparel item we offer has to move all of the senses.
Where do you order from? How do you inform yourself about trends? How important is communication with regular customers? How do you communicate with them?
The internet is useful for finding updates and news, and seasonal trade shows can also help a lot. Fundamental is our sympathy toward the client who needs to be helped, advised and encouraged into buying. A constant exchange of opinions with agents is always helpful, as are visits to different showrooms for getting to know new trends.
How do you select the brands you offer?
According to the end of the season sell-out, I decide if I will confirm brands or not. Fundamental is understanding what trends will satisfy our clients best.
What do the collections you will offer for next Fall/Winter look like?
The protagonist will be the coat, straight, essential, short and in woollen fabrics. Parkas will be key for casual and sporty looks. The trouser will be slim and often characterised by geometric prints to be worn with bon-ton silk shirts.
What are the most important trends, in general?
Fashion-minded products and classic items revisited and renovated with modern details.
Did you add any new labels to your assortment?
Yes, we changed quite a lot of them recently.

What do you like about your customers?
Clients that return to our store guarantee us that our service and products are appreciated. Some clients call us and inform us about the success they met when they wore our items during special events, as well as the great attention they received among relatives, colleagues, friends when wearing our items.
How important is the interior, the atmosphere and the whole package?
We are strongly committed to this topic. We try to make our store as harmonious and welcoming as possible in order to present products that are highly visible and structured according to their style.
