Mango announce growing profit for 2012Mango announces its results for 2012. The company reports an after-tax earning of 113.4 million Euros for last year. Compared with 2011, profits have grown by 79%.
84% of the annual turnover was made abroad and 16% in Spain. Mango has opened 197 new POS in 2012: 17 in Spain, 180 worldwide. Currently the company operates over 2600 POS in 107 countries and has over 12000 employees worldwide.
As the company announced, it has increased merchandising, catalogue, collection, price management, distribution and advertising for the first half of 2012.
In 2012 Mango has created 2000 jobs worldwide, 70% of which are occupied by young people under the age of 30. 334 of the 2000 new jobs were created in Spain.
