Pure Player Spartoo launches clothing
The British online retailer Spartoo have moved, after bags and shoes, into fashion. More than 6000 models from the Spring/Summer 2013 collection will be on sale from mid-March. The products for men and women from about one hundred brands are classified in four categories: Denim, Casual, Fashion and Sport lifestyle.
In Denim you will find jean specialists such as Diesel, Levis and Pepe Jeans. In Casual you will find brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Gant and Napapijri. In Sport/Lifestyle you will find Adidas Originals, Nike and Puma, and in Fashion, brands such as Esprit, Vero Moda and Desigual.
“The arrival of textile is going to allow us to grow stronger by offering an even wider variety of products”, explains Boris Saragaglia, CEO of Spartoo. “Even if the heart of what we do is all about shoes, diversifying allows us to attract new customers as well as remaining true to our loyal customers.”
With more than 700 brands and 30.000 models, Spartoo.co.uk already offers the largest choice of shoes online in Europe. Last year, Spartoo has branched into watches and jewellery. In 2010 the e-tailer started with handbags and suitcases.
