Wöhrl takes over SinnLeffersFashion retailer Wöhrl takes over fashion chain SinnLeffers. This was officially announced at a press conference in Hagen, the headquarter of SinnLeffers. Gerhard Wöhrl commented: "SinnLeffers perfectly matches Wöhrl. With our locations, we add each other ideally. On top of that SinnLeffers and Wöhrls' brand portfolios and target audiences are similar."
The purchase price of the deal is unknown. The Federal Cartel Office had yet to approve the transaction. As soon as the acquisition is legally binding Wöhrl will significantly expand its regional reach. The company group will then own on top 60 fashion houses, employ more than 4.000 employees and a turnover of over 600 Mill. Euros. According to Wöhrl all houses will be continued. If the headquarter in Hagen is included in the Wöhrl company group will be soon discussed.
Patrick Feller, chairman of supervisory board SinnLeffers: "We are pleased to find with Gerhard Wöhrl and his family a good home for SinnLeffers."
