Makia announces Jarno "Jake" Luotonen as new Creative Director

Finish fashion label Makia announced that Jarno "Jake" Luotonen has overtaken position as Creative Director. Luotonen leaves behind a position in an advertising agency with over a decades experience in the advertising world. For the past 4 years, Luotonen has been responsible for the art direction at Makia. In addition to many finnish and nordic brands he has been working with international brands such as Audi, Norwegian, Seat and Diesel.
 
Makia co-founder Joni Malmi states: "We can't be more excited about Jake joining our team full-time. This has been a long time coming and finally we get to enjoy the full potential of Jake's creative talent and professionalism."
 
Founded in 2001, Makia has since grown in to a full line of men's and women's clothes being sold in over 30 countries around the world.
