Vente-privee increases German team & records positive results

Online flash sales market leader vente-privee has achieved an estimated turnover of EUR 1.5 billion in 2013.

Founder Jacques-Antoine Granjon is satisfied with the forthcoming results for 2013. As he commented “It is not important how many new members are recorded per day in France or Germany. As a young company, long-term planning is more important.” The company stands for a long-term mutual trust and wants the German customers to be satisfied. In a period of 4 years, the number of the German vente-privee team has grown from 5 to 83. For 2014, the German team should be enlarged again by 30 new hires.

France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, UK, Austria and the Netherlands all responded positively to the new services such as the “One Day” project in Germany, vente-privee travels, and the purchase of Théatre de Paris in France. Vente-privee now records 2.5 to 3 million visitors a day, a figure that is continually growing.

For the continuous development of the concept and the implementation of important innovations in online trading, vente-privee.com has been awarded with the Retail Award 2013 as "Pure Play Retailer of the Year".
