VENTE-PRIVEE.COM WINS PRIZE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICEThe original online sale events club Vente-Privee has been awarded the prize for the best customer service of the year 2010. The company won in the two categories of “Shopping-Events” and “Mail-Order-Company.” Special emphasis was given to the quality of the services rendered and how far they met the expectations of the customer. Mystery shoppers were invited to contact the customer service departments of participating companies, with the principal aim of evaluating the site’s ability to handle problems and the quality of its service.
“We are happy that the steady improvement of our customer service has been recognized,” said Jacques-Antoine Granion, CEO of Vente-Privee.com. “We won't rest on our laurels; rather we are anxious to carry on optimizing the services. For our company good customer service has priority – therefore we are disposed to invest in this.”
