TIMEZONE LAUNCHES NEW PRODUCT RANGEThe German streetwear label Timezone is introducing a new collection called Timezone Gmt (Greenwich Mean Time) for FW 10. It offers a range of casual looks with a sporty silhouette. Its original logo separates the Gmt collection from the main one, although the basic elements remain the same. “Discreet branding, individual details and high quality materials will attract traditional Timezone customers as well as new consumers,” said Klaus Niessner, Timezone Sales Manager, on the new collection. A new design team is responsible for the development of the first collection which includes 38 styles for women and 32 for men. The designs are inspired, as well as those of the main collection, by the Nordic atmosphere of Greenland: there are casual soft shell jackets, soft knitwear and special details like water-resistant zippers and individually quilted seams. Retail prices run between €99-169 for jackets, €69-99 for knitwear, and €79-99 for trousers. Delivery takes place in August and September and distribution will be overseen by the sales team which also sells the main line.
