SIOUX CHANGES MANAGEMENTShoe manufacturer Sioux just announced that Stephan Krug will leave the management team on September 30.
Paul Janssen remains Managing Director at Sioux
Sioux and Stephan Krug are parting ways by amicable mutual agreement. The Managing Director will leave the company for personal reasons. The second Managing Director, Paul Janssen, who is also a shareholder of Sioux, will remain part of the management team. The team will also be supported by the former CEO Klaus Schinle, now member of the advisory board.
Peter Sapper founded Sioux in 1954 and it was sold to Salamander in 1992. In 2003, EganaGoldpfeil bought Sioux. In 2008, the EganaGoldpfeil Group announced its insolvency and in 2010 Sioux was acquired by the investment company Square Four. The company employs approx. 350 people. In 2010, Sioux achieved a turnover of approx. 41 million euros.
For 2011, the management team expects to achieve a turnover of 47 million euros.
