Royo, Invista and Lenzing launch MeSu

For the next edition of Denim by PV happening in Paris between 27 - 28 November 2013, a new denim born from a collaboration between Tejidos Royo, Invista and Lenzing will debut.

The new fabric – MeSu - is the result of a new blend combining different properties of two fabrics already developed by Tejidos Royo – the supersoft-touch Suave denim and the high-stretch, high-recovery Megalast denim.

MeSu is based upon a new blend that mixes innovative man-made fibres. The DualFX fabric technology is mixed with the extra fine cellulosic Tencel and Modal yarns, and is then woven and finished by Tejidos Royo.

The MeSu family of fabrics aim to offer sophisticated and fashionable looks combined with functionality such as next-to-skin comfort, permanent stretchability and excellent shape retention. They have great soft-hand-feel, are highly comfortable because they can stretch up to 50%, are baggy free and have an excellent recovery. Their aspect is flat, brilliant and comparable to silk, plus they have a high-wash resistance.
