KARL LAGERFELD WELCOMES NEW DIRECTORS

Karl Lagerfeld has added two newly appointed directors to his Amsterdam headquarters' management team. Simona Clemenza, who has worked at Gianfranco Ferre, Blumarine, and most recently LVMH's Kenzo, will join the company as Global Sales Director.

Antonella di Pietro will take over the role of Accessories Business Director as Lagerfeld plans to ramp up his global accessories business to include shoes and bags by the spring 2013 season. Prior to starting her new Amsterdam-based position, di Pietro served in a similar role at Emilio Pucci and also at Kenzo.
