CONVERSE: STREET ART CAMPAIGN „JUST ADD COLOR“Converse – famous for its ever-popular Chuck Tailor All Stars, launched in 1917 – has released a creative campaign across various cities in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
The campaign called "Just Add Color" features the brand's key visual, a stencil of the iconic Chuck Tailor shoe, on various print media such as city cards, traditional posters, on public transportation and via guerrilla-marketing-inspired street art performances. As part of the campaign that was planned by Schröder+Schömbs PR, the making of the street art pieces can be watched as a film.
Innovative and unique techniques have been used to create the pieces, such as paintball-like splotches of color and rainbow spraying. The designs of the traditional POS have also been included in shop windows at trading partners across the entirety of the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region.
