Burberry Opens First Store In Milano Linate Airport, Italy

Burberry has just opened its first boutique inside Milano Linate Airport and will open another store in Naples in Via Dei Mille, 24/28, in the last week of July. The Milan Airport store measures 55sqm and was inaugurated on 14th June. The stores concept was developed by Christopher Bailey, Chief Creative Officer, Burberry, and inspired by the same material and image of the brand's flagship store on Regent Street, which was recently inaugurated in London.

The store contains a sophisticated system of digital wall display units that transmit Burberry campaigns that are centrally controlled by Burberry’s global head office in London.

The store offers men’s and women’s collections of Burberry London, accessories, glasses, watches and fragrances.

Burberry has already opened eight stores in Italy Via Verri 7 (men's collections), Via Montanapoleone 12 (women's collections) and Corso Venezia 9 (men’s and women's Brit collections) in Milan; Via Condotti  59 (men’s and women's collections) and Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina (Accessories Burberry) in Rome; Via Tornabuoni 29R in Florence; Galleria Cavour 2L in Bologna; Calle Larga XXII Marzo 2308 in Venice and will at the end of July open its ninth boutique in Naples.
