BURTON RELEASES SPRING/SUMMER 2012 COLLECTIONBurton, Vermont’s snowboarding apparel brand founded in 1977 by Jake Burton Carpenter, has launched its spring/summer 2012 collection, now available online and in select stores. The warm weather pieces include tees, tanks, technical apparel, accessories and transitional outerwear pieces like super lightweight jackets made with Burton’s renowned weather-proofing technology. The jackets feature a 2.5-layer ultra-light DRYRIDE Durashell™AirTech® fabric and are available for men, women and children. Other specially designed fabrics such as DRYRIDE Ultrawick™ stretch jersey are also used in further items for the line, including a variety of tops and bottoms. An array of bags completes the collection, featuring a B.Y.O bag that doubles as a cooler.
