BILLABONG X UNIVERSAL MUSICBoardsports and lifestyle brand Billabong and Universal Music Group (UMG) have announced a global brand partnership. With this strategic partnership, entertainment and action sports will be merged in form of several innovative products and events as well as interactive services. The most popular artists and the most successful action sports athletes are to team up for music and video contents, live events, compilations, sport and music merchandise, as well as TV and radio streaming, amongst other things. For both companies the collaboration is a supplement to their respective business sector, in order to pay tribute to the changing entertainment and action sports consumption of young target groups.
